Main responsibilities:

• Kitchen Porter for chef in the Guest house
• Waiting service for breakfast, garden service and evening dinners.
• French liaison on all French communications required; in person, on the telephone or email.

Primary Objective:

• Maintaining a hygienic kitchen space
• Waiting when required.

Job title: ​Housekeeper

Location: ​Clos De Vaul Creux, Sark


Main responsibilities:

Housekeeping, cleaning, bedroom changes and laundry
in the Guest house and garden catering facility.

Primary Objective:

• To ensure customers are welcomed to a clean and fresh property in every respect

We are also seeking a chef for producing local food with natural flare.
Either of the above roles can be adapted to the talents of the applicants’ if core duties are also managed.
