An apartment house that can be rented out in winter and summer is looking for a new owner. Every detail of the apartment house, renovated from the ground up, shows the careful hand and the love for its hospitality.

There is a private apartment with 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. (can be converted into an apartment for 8 people)
Since it is newly renovated and has all permits, it will generate income immediately without additional investment. Reservations and returning guests are constantly coming in, so it can be taken over during operation.

There are 2 types of heating. Infra floor heating and wood-fired boiler with central radiator.

The apartments are equipped with all household appliances. (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, etc.)
